Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders M-F, except for major holidays. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Our cut-off time for same day shipping is 1:00 PM PST. Any orders received after 1:00 PM will ship on the following business day.
Unless otherwise noted, all shipments will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS shipments have both tracking information and delivery confirmation.
Most shipments within the USA arrive in 3-10 business days.
International shipments typically arrive in 12-24 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Standard shipping within the United States is always free. Pricing for shipping international, and/or expedited shipping within the USA are calculated based on destination, package weights, etc. and will be presented before you finish your checkout.
Live Local Apparel does not cover duties or tax on international shipping. The customer is responsible for any additional fees required on international deliveries.
All orders shipped within California require us to charge applicable state sales tax. Any tax charges are presented before checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you live in an area with unsafe shipping conditions, where a package may be left outside for extended periods of time, or left in high traffic environments, please contact our customer service team so that we can ship in a way requiring a signature on delivery.
If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. Customers with packages that have not been received after 24 days from shipment date, can file a claim directly with us. The 24 day allotment is for free standard shipping packages. The timeline is longer for international shipments.
If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 72 hours of receipt of your package). Please keep all packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) for verification purposes. We will most likely request that the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification.
Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item, simply ship the items back to us in the most inexpensive way possible, such as USPS first class mail. We will pay the return shipping costs of any exchanged items. In other words, if you get it here, we'll pay to get it back to you! You may return most new, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You will receive an email notification once we've received your package and processed your return or exchange.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3-7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2-5 business days).
Some items on our store are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. These items are: Gift Cards, Final Sale Items, Mystery Bag Items, Promo Items, and/or Worn/Soiled Items. If you are unsure if your item is returnable or not, please contact our customer service team.
